Studio
This is my bread and butter shooting. It is fantastic what few flashes and a background can do. Let’s spend 60-90 minutes at my place, I mean the studio. Bring a couple of outfits with you and whatever make up you will need/want. We will keep it relaxed and get you the professional shoots you need or want, in a very neutral background. At the end we can goof around a little. And the same deal goes if you decide to come with one more person. I can guide you a little in posing without being too directing.

On location
Let’s spend around 60 minutes somewhere, indoor or outdoor. If you want to use different outfits, bear in mind that the locations might not give much privacy to do so. We will keep it relaxed and get you the professional shots you need or want. At the end we can goof around a little. And the same deal goes if you decide to come with one more person. I can guide you a little in posing without being too directing.

Pets
Let’s spend around 60 minutes somewhere, indoor or outdoor, depending on the pet. You will have to stay around and entertain the beast with toys or treats.

Kiddos
The focus of the shooting of the day will be on the little one(s). Getting them to interact naturally with their environment and toys. Depending on the kiddos, it might take some time for them to forget the camera and act naturally for us to get the shots. Let’s do the shooting in a place that is familiar to the little one. What this shooting is not: It is not an elaborate setup , such as a baby in a sunflower or cabbage.

Family
Family interactions and dynamics. Let’s relax and be yourselves. either with your whole family, your dad, your son… It is going to take a bit of time to be natural with a camera pointing at you and I will suggest some interactions in case it feels too awkward and then we can end up with a bit of silliness at the end of the shoot.

Water
Now we are not talking about having a waterfall or the beach/lake as a background of a portrait… this would be a simple session of location shooting.
We are now entering the more artistic projects. You (you two?) will go into the water to some degree and I will most probably be there as well. Depending on the weather and the temperatures and the location we might stay between 10mins and 30mins. We can shoot in the sea, a lake , pool or a shower and get these beautiful water drops on people’s skin. And of course we can shoot under the pouring rain.There can be as much or as little clothing as you like and feel at the moment. I can show some of my portfolio that have nudity.

Graduation
So graduation, or similar type of event(vernissage, bachelor party…). Spending around 4 hours with the hero of the day. joining the school celebration, the party, the speeches from family, relatives and friends. Making time for a solo photo session and photo with parents, family, and whomever want to have individual pictures with the new graduate. Group photo at the party and maybe also at the school with schoolmates.

Promo shots
Artists of all kinds need some visual material. Over the time I did a couple of album/cd covers, spotify makes it very unlikely that this will ever happen again. mostly i shoot for the promotion of an artistic group or individual, upcoming exhibition or installation or performance. Musicians still need some promo material for posters. and of course social media and websites. Let’s spend one or two hours shooting and getting the performance’s soul.

Film Noir
And now for the most narrative project. Inspired by the cinematic style of Film noir. Let’s get together and play gangster, femme fatale. Get some clothes to choose from. Let’s find a location or make a set for the shoot. a bit of violence, a bit of sex appeal, sensuality and a smoke machine… always a smoke machine…

Walk of the wild bride
Let’s have fun for the day !
I have several bride dresses of different size, and shape, you may even have one yourself that you are willing to play with. The idea is to get into surrealist situations, We can stay indoors or spend time outside, be it sunny or rainy, be it in the city, a shopping centre, in an apartment, in the museum, a forrest, the beach, in the water in a lake. our imagination is the limit and we just need to be aware of some basic safety rule. Among other things, wedding dresses can get really heavy when they get wet. We need to meet first to choose which dress will fit for the shooting, this can of course be done the same day. and then we spend up to 3hours (everybody will be tired by that time) goofing around the selected location.

Wedding
This is the best day of your life!
Let’s spend it with one of you. Starting with the morning preparation . hairdressers visit and what’s not, the usuals shots of dressing up in the dress or suit, while the best men or bride mate are around. And if both of you, soon to be married people, are getting ready at the same place I will try my best to shoot the two of you. Following some official ceremony be it at the church or some beautiful garden of your choice. with a pastor, priest or Voodoo witch. Then I guess the rest of the day and until late in the night . Some parties, some speeches, some family reunions, some bouquet throwing. I will make sure to get the happy couple for some portraits and get some with several of the guests family, friends and bridesmaid/best men.

Corporate
This is the best day of your life!, nope sorry this is the line above. well it still can be, but anyway.
So I have been shooting Festivals for a very long time pro-bono, the counterpart is corporate events, where I can put in practice all these years. Be it a team building, retreat, or awards giving. I will be at the start of the event, capturing as many people as possible during the whole duration and then more.

Collection
You have to shoot several images for your book, your website, your shop… you want to display your t-shirt collection or you need to have several examples of people using rackets…
Let’s organize a shooting in one or several days. Maybe getting a few different models with different body types and ethnicities or even some more woke or queer or disabled people for a diversity in representation that would wear your creations and products.
I have in the past shot images for two acrobatic books, and spent 3 days with a young couple to illustrate one of the first Finnish Tantra books. I have shot hair products, from shampoo to hair extension and wigs for an African hair salon. I have shot hand craft jewellery details and models wearing them for a Brazilian artist Joyá chapada, using 3 young models over the course of a weekend.

Double exposure
This beautiful abstract technique, back from the film era gives a very unique touch and very distinct take on portraits. The model can be guessed more than clearly recognised.
I usually shoot a couple of these specific shots at the end of some of my other services. It might take only 10.15 minutes more.
The shooting usually involves partial topless nudity.

Stage performance
This is probably my most public and visible type of photoshoot. As I started with music festivals, and as a performer myself, it makes so much sense to shoot what I like most, humans doing silly things.
The performance can range from a couple of songs of a solo artist who just sit on a stool and play guitar or a whole group of 40 young circus artists performing a 2hours long multiple acts performance. The price and number of pictures and time to deliver will vary a lot.

Pregnancy
You and your companion are expecting any minute now… if so this is probably too late for a photoshoot or else it is gonna be a very different type of shooting than what i am used to. That being said, let’s get the 2 of you (well if you have some other children, we could also go this direction and make it a family shoot). Okay, but in case the kids are staying at home. We could spend two hours with the two of you, indoor shooting with some flashes lights and if you are up to it doing some more abstract and tasteful nudes.
Let’s meet first prior to the shooting and if you are not comfortable with me shooting, I will recommend other photographers for such a shooting.
I do not put much nudity on this site , and I can bring a portfolio with more examples of pregnancy pictures.

Boudoir & Burlesque: solo nudity
You are interested in having some sexy shoots. It can be borderline abstract with some bodyscape, it can be more humorous with the burlesque playfulness or the more traditional boudoir. I can either travel to your place for a shooting that you feel more comfortable with. You can come to my place and we shoot with background and maybe a smoke machine and if you are feeling adventurous we can also shoot outdoors in nature, a forest, a cave or by the lake or sea.
We are not limited to the traditional feminine shooting and I am really happy to shoot with any gender.
The shooting involved a fair amount of nudity or at least being in underwear.
We absolutely need to meet before the shooting so you can see if you feel comfortable and safe with me, otherwise I can give you names of other photographers.
I do not put much nudity on the site but I have a portfolio to show more work.

Sensual & intimacy couple
You and your companion(s) want to have some capture of moments that shows your intimacy and sensuality with each other, then this photoshoot is for you. Regardless of your gender and sexual orientations, this works if you are polyamorous as well. let’s meet first and see if you feel safe with me and then the shooting can take place in a familiar place of your or we can do it at the studio with background and if you are quite playful we can use the smoke machine,
Back in 2013 i was hired to make the pictures for the Finnish tantra book : Tantra Läsnäolon ja hyväksynnän kautta muutokseen. Since then, I have been working in the Tantra neighbourhood, shooting festivals and material for Tantra coaches, such as Ananda Kali who have been using my pictures for a long time. LightClothing
This is my favourite project. I have been working with it since 2016. I recently started to collaborate with 2 visual artists. I am using their art for the lightclothing project. At the current time, I am waiting for an exhibition’s answer for my first collaboration with Maku-Dakar. If you want to have really unique pictures of you, this project is for you. There is first a selection of around 20 textures/painting illustrations. They can be from any of my collaborative artists (they receive a share of the fee ) or it can be your own or some artists in your family or friend whom you have the permission to use the art . The shooting lasts around 2hours with as much or as little movement as you want or can do. This is not a yoga class and you do not need to try to get into uncomfortable positions. Clearly the photoshoot is full nudity and it would be much better to meet prior to the shooting to establish a connection and a sense of safety and trust.

Video
Short video
If you are in need of a music video for your music, a trailer for your upcoming performance, a scripted short movie or some short video after an event or festival that i was shooting, then this is a good place. I work with tripods and gimbals and sometimes a drone. I do both the shooting and editing or only one of them depending on the projects. I have been working on several music videos at this point and countless trailers. Tell me what your story is and let’s get some shooting after the needed preparation work. The price and time depends on each project .

Performance multicameras capture
So if you are a performing artist, having a concert, a stage performance or if you are a school having an end of the year performance with all the students, then one is for you. I use two cameras and a sound recorder. I later spent some time editing . Unless this is an immersive performance , I will remain out of sight but I would need some dedicated seats for me and the other camera.

Interviews
It may be the focus of the video, or just a part of it, like more the background soundtrack. I have been doing grant application videos and preconcert videos, interviewing the artists. The whole series of “Afrojazz TV”, and the “Scriptor in Fabula”. Interviews have been big part of the two movies with TanssiARTesaani: “The third laws of motion” & “Untold process”. I also made a 40mins long documentary for an association of foreign artists living in Finland. So what do you have to say? How can we record this? Broadcast
Do you want your interview or performances to broadcast online ? or maybe you want to give some online classes, if you need to step up the single smart phone broadcast then this one might be for you. I started my first broadcast in the middle of the pandemic. The Helsinki Pride 2020 with a couple of cameras and a whole 6 person team. everything that could go wrong… did.
Since then I have been doing a couple of broadcasts for TanssiARTesaani : NoCore Rosebud and a few seminar courses with the association GAP. The set up is two cameras and a computer plus the broadcaster. It is really good to have at least another person as a camera operator or on-the-flight editor.
